Oh, you’ll feel muscles you forgot existed. Danielle (that’s me!) is comprehensively trained in contemporary Pilates through BASI, and we offer both Pilates sessions and strength circuit classes using dumbbells, BOSUs, and props.
So no need to hit the gym — this is your Pilates gym.
