What Is a Movement Strategy Session?

This is a private visit at the studio where we look at how your body moves and talk through your goals.

Instead of jumping straight into classes, this session helps you understand what your body actually needs.

 

During the session we will:

• talk through your goals, history, or injuries
• look at how your body moves and stabilizes
• identify areas that need strength or support
• recommend the best class path for you

 

You’ll leave with a clear plan for getting started.

This session is especially helpful if you:

• are new to Pilates
• feel unsure which classes to start with
• are returning to exercise after time away
• have pain, injuries, or movement limitations
• want a more thoughtful approach to fitness
